Blogmas Day 7: The Best of Stocking Stuffers

I’m not sure why, but stockings have always been a big deal in my family, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Kyle’s family loves them as well. They’re a fun, often silly, and exciting part of my holiday season, and you don’t have to break the bank to give someone a killer stocking! Read along to learn about some of my favorite stocking stuffers!

Flint Retractable Mini Lint Rollers were featured in my last stocking stuffer post, and for good reason: they’re awesome. They’re small enough to toss in a purse or suitcase, and since they’re retractable, you don’t waste the outermost sheet by, let’s say, getting gum wrappers stuck all over it. This makes a great stocking stuffer for anyone on your list!

The Body Shop anything. Guys, The Body Shop is where it’s at for cruelty-free year round skin care. They have something for every possible skin type and a scent for every nose type. Their website is organized to shop gifts under 10, 20, and 30 dollars to fit every budget!

Speaking of skin, mine is very dry and my lips are absolutely no exception. I have a combo to beat winter lips every year: Lush Lip Scrubs (specifically excited to try the holiday Galaxy flavor), followed by Palmer’s Swivel Stick. I’ve raved about the swivel sticks a ton, but I buy them in bulk, gift them a lot, and everyone falls in love. Fun fact, they can be used on any dry skin, not just your lips!

Candy is a given, but I can one up candy for sure! Better Bites Bakery (cookie) Do Bites are decadently delicious and, BONUS, free of the top 8 allergens, including dairy. I’ve tried most of the flavors but my favorites are the classic chocolate chip and birthday! I always grab mine from Whole Foods but they are stocked in select Targets as well. The taste buds of your loved ones will thank you!

Winter is cold, and your feet deserve to be cozy. For whatever reason, I’m not much of a slipper wearer, but fuzzy socks, give me all of those. I get a couple of pairs of Cabin Crew Socks in my stocking every year, and they are a major staple! They can be purchased at Dick’s Sporting Goods and they’re often on a major BOGO sale. My only advice, if you maintain a sweaty foot (idk why I’m telling you this, but my feet are not sweaty, they’re like velcro ((equally unappealing)), I’m just looking out), opt for a Cabin Sock with a white lining so you don’t track teal fuzz all over your house!

Finally, minis galore! Beauty stores, drugstores, whatever else stores are stocked full of sample sized everything this time of year. I, for one, am a makeup-tryer-extraordinaire and find places like Ulta and Sephora spectacular during the holidays. Gift size is the best try before you buy experience. I have my eye on this Not Your Mother’s Dry Shampoo Gift Pack and another mini tube of the Milk Makeup KUSH Mascara (because somehow, the mini’s formula is way better than the full size??). Whether you’re shopping for someone who loves beauty, tech, snacking, or literally anything else, now’s the time of year to let them sample everything they please!

What are some of your go to stocking stuffers?
