Equipment Needed:
Food Processor
9×9 Baking Pan
Measuring Cups/Spoons Spatula
Parchment Paper
Toothpicks
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Almond Butter
3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
Slightly + 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1.5 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed + 3 Tbsp Water
Slightly + 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
3 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
3/4 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Add all ingredients EXCEPT FOR chocolate chips into a food processor and process until smooth
3. Stir in chocolate chips
4. Transfer batter to parchment lined 9×9 baking sheet
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes on 350
6. Let cool for 15 minutes before moving to cooling rack
7. Let cool completely before cutting 8. Enjoy!
